Remarks:
- Daily Rates are net per room per night inclusive of 10% service charge and VAT.
- Extra bed: Baht 500.- net per bed night night inclusive of VAT and 1 ABF.
- Extra Person:
- Adult Baht. 350.- net per person per night inclusive of VAT & 1 ABF.
- Children Baht. 250.- net per person per night inclusive of VAT & 1 ABF.
- A surcharge of :
- Studio & One-bedroom : Baht 400.- net per room per night
- Two-bedroom at : Baht 800.- net per room per night
Will be applied during the following periods :

* Songkarn April 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, '2008
* New Year December 28, 29, 30, 31, '2008 & January 1'2009
* Songkarn April 10,11,12, 13, 14, 15, '2009
* New Year December 30, 31, '2009 & January 1'2010
- Monthly rates are subject to 5% service charge and VAT. per room per month, inclusive of daily maid cleaning 3 times change of linens per week.
- Two months deposit and one month advance are required and to be paid prior to check-in.
- Water and electricity charged:
- Water - Baht. 23.00 per unit plus VAT
- Electricity - Baht. 4.00 per unit plus VAT
- Maximum number of guests in each room type
1 BR Suite : 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 3 adults
2 BR Suite : 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 6 adults
